Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Configuration Manager to lead end-to-end customization delivery across the Aetna Health member experience, coordinating with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Legal to ensure quality and governance.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage content updates in Contentful and other CMS, and drive testing, release, and production validation across sprints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product, configuration management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital customizations.
• 3+ years developing functional requirements and governance materials.
• 2+ years authoring content in Contentful or similar CMS.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests with clear scope, risks, and solutions.
• Manage work from intake to configuration, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Aetna Health member experiences including banners, links, and search functionality.
• Govern content in Contentful and align with standards and approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for readiness and handoffs.
• Lead testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve dependencies.
• Manage sprint boards, priorities, and delivery commitments.
• Develop process docs, governance standards, and operational reporting.
• Identify process/tooling improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on customization capabilities and delivery considerations.
