Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Configuration Manager to lead complex customization work across discovery, analysis, configuration, testing, release, and maintenance. You will translate business needs into actionable solutions and manage content updates in CMS platforms, coordinating with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Legal teams.

You will drive governance, reporting, and opportunities to automate tooling as customization volume grows, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product, configuration management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital customizations.
• 3+ years developing functional requirements, process docs, or governance materials.
• 2+ years authoring content in Contentful or similar enterprise CMS.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests and define solutions.
• Manage work from intake through configuration, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, acceptance criteria, and plans.
• Configure and maintain Aetna Health member experience customizations in CMS tools.
• Govern Contentful content and collaborate across stakeholders for delivery.
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and cross-functional partners.
• Lead testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve dependencies.
• Manage sprint priorities, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Develop process docs, governance standards, and operational reporting.
• Identify and implement tooling/automation improvements for quality and efficiency.
