Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product, configuration management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital customizations.
• 3+ years developing functional requirements, criteria, and governance materials.
• 2+ years authoring content in Contentful or similar CMS.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests and define scope, risks, and solutions.
• Manage work from intake to configuration, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Configure and maintain Aetna Health member experience customizations across content and links.
• Govern Contentful content and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead testing and resolve defects, coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Manage sprint boards, priorities, and delivery commitments.
