CVS Health is hiring a Senior Configuration Manager to lead end-to-end customization work for the member experience across ACC, sponsors, and partnerships. You will translate needs into actionable specs, manage content updates in Contentful, and collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product, configuration management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital customizations.
• 3+ years developing functional requirements, acceptance criteria, or governance materials.
• 2+ years authoring and managing content within Contentful or similar CMS.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests.
• Manage work from intake through configuration, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and maintain Aetna Health member experience customizations.
• Govern content in Contentful and other CMS systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners for delivery readiness.
• Lead testing and production validation, troubleshoot defects.
• Manage sprint-board priorities and delivery commitments.
• Develop process documentation and governance standards.
• Identify and implement automation improvements.
• Provide guidance on customization capabilities to teammates.
