Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product, configuration management, implementation, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital customizations.
• 3+ years of experience developing functional requirements, acceptance criteria, or governance materials.
• 2+ years of content authoring in Contentful or similar CMS.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests, clarifying business needs and scope.
• Manage work from intake through configuration, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and maintain Aetna Health member experience customizations in CMS and search features.
• Author, update, and govern content in Contentful and other CMS systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure delivery readiness and smooth handoffs.
• Lead testing and production validation, troubleshoot issues, and resolve dependencies.
• Manage sprint board priorities, risks, and delivery commitments.
