Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Configuration Manager to lead end-to-end customization efforts across discovery, analysis, configuration, testing, and release, delivering scalable solutions for the Aetna Health member experience. The role collaborates with Product, Implementation, Engineering, Content, Legal, and other teams to support quality, governance, and timely delivery.

This position also identifies opportunities to improve and automate tools, processes, and reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product, configuration management, implementation, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital application customizations.
• 3+ years of experience developing functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process documentation, or governance materials.
• 2+ years of experience authoring and managing content within Contentful or a comparable CMS.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests, clarifying business needs and recommended solutions.
• Manage work from intake through configuration, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and maintain Aetna Health member experience customizations.
• Govern content in Contentful and align with standards and approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support delivery readiness.
