Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance and optimization of our digital communications platforms. You will lead day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring and optimization of outbound messages and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Analytics.

You will define user stories, support the team backlog, and maintain product integrity across features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years enabling marketing communications platforms at scale (SFMC preferred).
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing functions.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder.
• 3+ years with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts.
• Strong documentation and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute, QA, monitor and optimize outbound customer communications.
• Define user stories and support team backlog within an Agile Product Team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to streamline priorities.
