Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join our Marketing Technology and Platforms team. In this junior level role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging across the organization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to define user stories, support the team backlog, and ensure the quality and effectiveness

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT
• 3+ years of experience enabling marketing communications platforms for large scale cross channel communications
• 3+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions including preferences and consent management
• 3+ years of experience with SFMC data views and tracking extracts
• Ability to multi-task and manage several priorities with strong project management
• Detail oriented with thorough documentation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with IT, Product Management, Marketing, Merchandising, Call Centers and Operations

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging
• Execute, QA, monitor, and optimize customer communications
• Define user stories and support team backlog for the Agile product team
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics
