Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join our Marketing Technology and Platforms team, supporting the outbound communications platforms used across the organization.

You will manage day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics. You will help define user stories and maintain the team backlog.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years deploying marketing communications platforms for large scale cross-channel communications (SFMC preferred).
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing functions including consent management and personalization.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts.
• Strong documentation and multi-project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms.
• Execute, QA, monitor, and optimize customer communications daily.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Define user stories and support team backlog to align with business priorities.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and status reporting.
