Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. This junior-level role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing outbound digital communications across channels.

You will define user stories, support team backlog, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to ensure seamless customer interactions and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT
• 3+ years administering marketing communications platforms for large-scale cross-channel communications
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions (acquisition, preferences, consent, retention)
• 3+ years with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio, Journey Builder
• 3+ years hands-on with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts
• Ability to multi-task with strong project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation practice

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital messaging platforms
• Ensure quality assurance, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics
• Define user stories and support the team backlog within an Agile Product Team
