Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to support our Marketing Technology and Platforms team. You will help implement and optimize our outbound digital communications, ensuring quality and timely execution across channels.

You will work with Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Analytics to define user stories and manage backlogs within an Agile product team, maintaining feature integrity and delivery progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years enabling marketing communications platforms at scale.
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing functions including consent management.
• 3+ years of experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio, Journey Builder.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications platforms.
• Execute day-to-day communications, QA, monitoring and optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
