Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a junior-level Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to support the Marketing Technology and Platforms team's outbound communications. You will help implement, maintain, and optimize digital messaging across channels, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to define user stories, manage backlogs, and maintain both business and technical integrity of features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• Experience deploying marketing communications platforms for large-scale cross-channel campaigns.
• Experience enabling technical solutions for marketing functions (acquisition, consent, retention).
• Hands-on with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Journey Builder.
