Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join our Marketing Technology and Platforms team. In this junior level role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms for outbound messaging across the organization.

You will execute day-to-day messaging, ensure quality, and monitor performance while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience enabling, administrating, or deploying marketing communications platforms for large scale cross channel communications.
• 3+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions, including channel acquisition, preferences and consent management, customer retention, or cross channel personalization.
• 3+ years of strong experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging.
• Execute, QA, monitor, and optimize customer communications day-to-day.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
• Define user stories and support team backlog within an Agile Product Team.
