Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to support outbound communications across marketing platforms. You will handle day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring, and optimization while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Analytics to maintain platform integrity.

The role focuses on defining user stories, backlog support, and ensuring alignment with Agile product teams. A strong foundation in HTML/CSS and marketing tech is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience enabling, administrating, or deploying marketing communications platforms for large scale cross channel communications.
• 3+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions, including channel acquisition, preferences and consent management, customer retention, or cross channel personalization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging.
• Execute, monitor, and QA customer communications across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to streamline team priorities.
