Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join our Marketing Technology and Platforms team. The role supports outbound messaging platforms, oversees daily execution, QA, and optimization, and ensures alignment with cross-functional partners.

You will define user stories, backlogs, and work within Agile teams to maintain technical integrity of features and components for CVS Health’s communications ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience deploying marketing communications platforms for cross-channel communications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• 3+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions (preferences, consent management, retention, cross-channel personalization).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities; ability to document thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms for outbound messaging.
• Execute day-to-day operations, QA, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
• Define user stories and support team backlog; maintain features/components integrity.
