CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team, supporting implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital communications used for outbound messaging, ensuring quality and timely execution.

In this junior level role, you will work with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics, defining user stories and maintaining the team backlog within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• Experience enabling marketing communications platforms for multi-channel programs.
• Experience with SFMC tools and data views; strong scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications platforms.
• Execute QA, monitoring, and optimization of outbound customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics; define user stories.
