Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing to develop and execute data-driven strategies across website, email, SMS, SEO, and organic social channels. This role supports digital lifecycle campaigns, content and website optimization, audience segmentation, performance measurement, and reporting while partnering with creative, analytics, brand, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience focused on owned channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, digital attribution, and user experience.
• Experience working in agile PODs and applying agile principles to campaign development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital marketing initiatives across owned channels: website, email, SMS, and organic social.
• Support acquisition website authoring needs across properties and testing agenda.
• Support digital owned performance tracking and assist with inputs for business listings.
• Develop audience-first campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Ensure digital efforts align with brand, business, and growth objectives.
• Oversee email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
