Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in digital marketing, with owned channels focus.
• Strong SEO, content strategy, digital attribution, and UX.
• Experience in agile product/marketing pods.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital marketing initiatives across owned channels: website, email, SMS, and organic social.
• Support acquisition website authoring needs across properties and testing agenda.
• Support digital owned performance tracking and assist with inputs for business listings.
• Develop audience-first campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Ensure digital efforts align with brand, business, and growth goals.
• Oversee email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
• Support organic social planning and execution to foster community engagement.
• Ensure all digital content reflects brand voice and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for cohesive execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and compile performance reports across owned channels.
• Use insights and performance data to inform strategy and optimization.
