Job summary

CenterWell is hiring a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing to design and execute data-driven strategies across website, email, SMS, SEO, and organic social. You’ll own cross-channel programs, drive engagement, and report performance while collaborating with creative, analytics, and brand teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and agile experience, with healthcare marketing background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with owned channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, digital attribution, and UX.
• Proven success in developing and optimizing digital strategies across email, SEO, website, and social.
• Experience in agile PODs and applying agile principles to campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital marketing initiatives and attribution across owned channels: website, email, SMS, and organic social.
• Support acquisition website authoring needs across properties and testing agenda.
• Support digital owned performance tracking and assist with key inputs for business listings.
• Develop and assist in audience-first campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Ensure digital efforts are aligned with brand, business, and growth objectives.
• Oversee and contribute to email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Support organic social media planning and execution to foster community engagement.
• Ensure all digital content reflects brand voice, values, and meets compliance standards.
• Partner with internal teams for cohesive execution and liaise with external agencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor KPIs across owned channels and compile performance reports.
• Use consumer insights and performance data to inform strategy and optimization.
• Report campaign results and business impact to key stakeholders
