Job summary

CenterWell, part of Humana, seeks a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing to build and execute data-driven strategies across website, email, SMS, SEO and organic social. You will own digital lifecycle campaigns, content optimization, audience segmentation and performance reporting, partnering with creative, analytics, brand, agencies and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital marketing, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience working in AGILE

Qualifications

• Four or more years of digital marketing experience with owned channels.
• Strong analytical, project management and agile experience.
• Experience with healthcare marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital marketing initiatives across owned channels: website, email, SMS, and organic social.
• Support acquisition website authoring needs and testing agenda.
• Support digital owned performance tracking and business listings inputs.
• Develop audience-first campaigns to drive engagement, conversion and retention.
• Align digital efforts with brand, business and growth objectives.
• Oversee email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation and metrics.
• Support organic social planning and execution to grow community.
• Ensure content reflects brand voice and complies with regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for cohesive delivery.
• Liaise with vendors to support digital initiatives and timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs across channels and report results to stakeholders.
• Use insights to inform strategy and ongoing optimization.
