Job summary

Eaton's Growth Sites group is seeking a senior program manager to own the end-to-end Digital Manufacturing value stream across multiple sites including Houston, TX. You will lead the transition from production to MES, quality, and performance analytics, driving a single roadmap and KPI set across sites.

The role requires expert program management with extensive cross-functional leadership, collaboration with CI, digital, and operations teams, and accountability for delivering scaled, repeatable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans and strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with the CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of program initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to help them achieve program objectives.
• Communicate program initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.
