Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Growth Sites - Digital Manufacturing IT Program Manager to oversee end-to-end MES/equipment connectivity and analytics across multiple sites in the U.S. The role requires senior program management expertise to align IT and manufacturing objectives, delivering common roadmaps and KPI-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include cross-site planning, budget adherence, and coordination with CI, Digital, and Ops teams to scale a proven solution across growth sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or a related role.
• Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans and strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities, on time, on scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.
• Monitor effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate value-stream delivery across growth sites to drive KPI outcomes.
