Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Growth Sites to drive the end-to-end Digital Manufacturing value stream across the major sites. The role focuses on coordinating IT/CI delivery to scale a common backbone (MES, shop-floor connectivity, quality, analytics) with one roadmap and KPI set.

The candidate will lead strategic planning, multi-site execution, and sustaining improvements while aligning with business priorities and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in program management or related role.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• No relocation is offered within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
