Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Growth Sites – Digital Manufacturing IT Program Manager role sits across multiple locations including Raleigh, NC. You will own the end-to-end Digital Manufacturing value stream (Production - MES - Quality - Performance) and scale proven solutions site-to-site, unifying roadmaps and KPI sets.

The role requires expert program leadership to translate vision into actionable plans and drive outcomes across IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in program management.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• No relocation is offered; reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with the CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure alignment of program initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of program strategies and adjust as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to help achieve program objectives.
• Communicate program initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders.
• Drive one outcome story across Production - MES - Quality - Performance roadmap and KPI performance across growth sites.
• Partner with CI and Digital delivery teams to organize the work for the MES-based digital backbone.
• Plan forward deployment of capabilities with capability owners and BRMs.
• Ensure repeatable standard work for cross-site scaling; manage cross-site sequencing and dependencies.
