Job summary

Eaton is seeking an expert-level Growth Sites - Digital Manufacturing IT Program Manager to oversee end-to-end programs across multiple sites, including Raleigh, NC. The role coordinates IT, CI, and operations to deliver a single digital backbone (MES, connectivity, quality systems, and analytics).

The ideal candidate will lead complex programs, scale an IT operating model across sites, and drive KPI-driven outcomes with a unified roadmap and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Ten or more years of program management experience.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• No relocation offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Drive cross-site value through a unified MES, digital backbone, and analytics roadmap.
