Job summary

Eaton is seeking an expert-level Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end Inventory & Materials management across growth sites. You will translate strategic vision into actionable plans, guiding cross-functional teams, ERP/MRP integration, and value-stream optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
10+ years of program management experience.
Strong understanding of PM principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
No relocation offered within 50 miles of specified sites; able to work in the U.S.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement program plans and strategies aligned to goals.
Lead and manage complex program activities within scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with CI, digital, and operations for seamless integration of initiatives.
Monitor effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed.
Provide guidance to team members to achieve objectives.
Communicate initiatives and impact to stakeholders.
Drive end-to-end value-stream across Plan → Inventory → Warehouse → Fulfillment.
Plan forward deployment of capabilities with owners and BRMs.
Ensure standard work can scale across growth sites and manage cross-site dependencies.
Track value, KPI attainment, and report progress to leadership.
