Eaton’s Growth Sites program manager role sits in IT Operations & Enterprise PMO, coordinating the end‑to‑end Digital Manufacturing value stream across Growth Sites (Asheville, El Paso 2, Greenwood, Omaha) and Moon Township. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of program management experience.
• Strong understanding of program management principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with the CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of program initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program strategies and adjust as needed.
• Provide guidance to team members to help them achieve program objectives.
• Communicate program initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.
• Drive one outcome story across the Production MES Quality Performance roadmap and KPI across growth sites.
