Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of program management experience or related role.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans and strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities ensuring on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
