Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Senior Growth Sites-Front End Engineering Program Manager to oversee end-to-end front-end engineering across multiple growth sites. The role will coordinate a single roadmap, KPI set, and outcome story across sites such as Asheville, El Paso, Greenwood, and Omaha, driving scale rather than isolated project work.

The ideal candidate will translate business vision into actionable plans, guide execution, and partner with CI, digital, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of program management or related experience.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans and strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of program initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to help them achieve program objectives.
• Communicate program initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.
