Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Senior Program Manager for End-to-End Inventory & Materials Management across Growth Sites, responsible for a single roadmap and KPI set across sites from Asheville to El Paso to Greenwood. The role sits in IT Operations & Enterprise PMO and scales a proven operating model across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-site initiatives, drive value realization, and coordinate with CI and Digital delivery teams to align material flows

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans and strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with the CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of program initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to help them achieve program objectives.
• Communicate program initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.
