Job summary

EY's Life Sciences Transformation practice seeks a Manager to lead laboratory transformation programs across R&D, QC and manufacturing in regulated environments.

You will drive digital lab modernization, LIMS implementations, and operating model redesign, while ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless data integration. This role partners with senior clients and mentors junior staff, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in Life Sciences with focus on lab ops or transformation.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams in consulting or industry.
• Hands-on with lab systems (LIMS/ELN/LES) and lab data integration.
• Foundational knowledge of computer systems validation and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab-focused transformation workstreams across R&D, QC, and manufacturing labs.
• Translate client objectives into detailed delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across lab workstreams, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Integrate quality, regulatory, and validation considerations with SMEs.
• Serve as primary client contact at manager/director level and mentor staff.
• Support business development and asset creation for lab transformation offerings.
