Job summary

EY’s Life Sciences Risk Consulting team is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive lab transformation strategies and implement lab systems (LIMS/ELN/LES). You will design operating models for digital labs, guide data strategies, and deliver projects with a focus on risk, quality, and client value.

You’ll collaborate with clients to architect transformative solutions, manage program delivery, and mentor diverse teams while staying aligned with EY’s regulatory and transformation goals across the Life

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years Life Sciences experience including regulatory or risk management exposure.
• 3-5 years with LIMS/ELN or Lab Automation systems.
• Programming ability in Python and SQL; LabWare LIMS Basic knowledge.
• Instrument and enterprise systems integration experience.
• Experience implementing LabWare or LabVantage LIMS.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate technical solution designs and lead client conversations.
• Understand client needs and architect transformative solutions with owners.
• Lead delivery of Digital Lab Transformation projects and programs.
• Oversee program management activities for Digital Lab Transformations.
• Provide strategic input on business cases and transformation strategies.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable insights for executives.
• Champion LIMS architecture and drive execution to deadlines.
