Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more processes, solutions, and/or projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Lead design and delivery of Digital Lab Transformation initiatives.
• Architect transformative solutions in partnership with process owners.
• Oversee program management activities related to Digital Lab Transformations.
• Provide strategic input on business cases and transformation strategies.
• Coach and develop team members and manage client relationships.
• Translate complex requirements for C-suite and director stakeholders.
• Serve as technical authority on LIMS architecture.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, specs, and quality benchmarks.
