Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Governance, Risk, and Compliance to help design and implement enterprise governance and compliance frameworks for Life Sciences clients. The role focuses on lab transformations, LIMS/ELN systems, data strategies, and delivering compliant, efficient processes.

You will lead engagements, guide solution design, and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders while shaping digital lab transformation strategies and cost optimization for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 3+ years of Life Sciences work experience with regulatory statutes, GxP processes or risk management functions.
• 3-5 years of experience with LIMS/ELN/Lab Automation systems.
• Programming ability (Python, LabWare LIMS Basic, SQL).
• Experience in instrument integration and ERP/ELN/middleware/cloud apps.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver one or more processes, solutions, or projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Lead a diverse team, coach, and develop team members.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable insights for C-suite and Directors.
• Serve as a technical authority on LIMS architecture and digital lab transformations.
