Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Governance, Risk, and Compliance to drive digital lab transformations for Life Sciences clients in the US. You will deliver end-to-end Lab transformations, apply best practices, and shape data strategies to enable agile operating models.

The role emphasizes collaboration with process owners and senior stakeholders, with opportunities for growth across EY’s digital labs portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, Biomedical Eng, Quality Eng, Manufacturing or related field.
3+ years Life Sciences experience with regulatory statutes or GxP processes.
3-5 years experience with LIMS/ELN or Lab Automation systems.
Programming ability in Python, LabWare LIMS Basic, SQL.
Experience in instrument integration and ERP/ELN/middleware/cloud apps.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver processes, solutions, or projects with focus on quality and risk management.
Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
Guide others using depth of expertise and interpret issues to recommend quality solutions.
Travel up to 70% may be required for client work.
Design operating models for digital labs and data strategies.
Lead conversations with Life Sciences clients and architect transformative solutions.
