Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth, demand generation and brand development across priority markets. You will report to the Marketing Director and align with Sales, Customer Success, Product and the broader Marketing team to drive pipeline and implement strategy.

You will own multi-channel programs, leverage AI and marketing technology to improve targeting, and measure performance across the funnel, continuously optimising website and engagement for

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or campaign management.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to revenue growth and ROI.
• Expertise in account-based marketing, audience segmentation, pipeline generation and campaign activation.
• Practical experience using AI, automation and marketing technology to improve campaign performance.
• Strong digital marketing capability across websites, landing pages, email, paid media, search and social.
• Strong analytical and performance-reporting skills with a commercial focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Form3’s digital growth and demand generation strategy.
• Create go-to-market plans for products, propositions, markets and strategic announcements.
• Create integrated, multi-channel programmes that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads and pipeline.
• Build account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
• Use AI, automation and marketing technology to improve targeting, personalisation, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Monitor performance across the marketing funnel and make insight-led recommendations.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates, user journeys and marketing-driven engagement.
