Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or campaign management.
• Experience developing campaign strategies and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to link marketing investment to revenue growth and ROI.
• Expertise in account-based marketing, audience segmentation, pipeline generation and activation.
• Experience using AI, automation and marketing technology to improve performance.
• Strong digital marketing capabilities across websites, landing pages, email, paid media, search and social.
• Strong analytical and performance-reporting skills with a commercial focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Form3’s digital growth and demand generation strategy.
• Create go-to-market plans for products, propositions, markets and strategic announcements.
• Create integrated, multi-channel programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads and pipeline.
• Build account-based marketing programs for high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
• Use AI, automation and marketing technology to improve targeting, personalisation, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Monitor performance across the marketing funnel and provide insight-led recommendations.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates, user journeys and marketing-driven engagement.
