SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels. You will collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and drive growth while achieving KPIs set by Marketing and the organization.

The role requires strong analytics, strategic thinking, and experience managing multi-channel initiatives.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels (website, SEM, SEO, email, social).
Lead website optimization to improve user experience and conversions.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with content teams to create conversion-focused content.
Analyze campaign performance to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct market research and stay abreast of digital marketing trends.
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate KPI insights to stakeholders.
Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
