Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth, demand generation and brand building across priority markets. You will own GTM plans, multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs, driving pipeline and revenue growth while leveraging AI and automation to boost targeting and efficiency.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and the wider Marketing team to align activity with commercial priorities and expand presence

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or campaign management.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to revenue growth and ROI.
• Expertise in account-based marketing, audience segmentation, pipeline generation and campaign activation.
• Practical experience using AI, automation and marketing technology to improve campaign performance.
• Strong digital marketing capability across websites, landing pages, email, paid media, search and social.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience within technology, SaaS, Fintech or payments.
• Working experience across multiple markets (UK/Europe/NA).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Cognism, ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Form3’s digital growth and demand generation strategy.
• Create go-to-market plans for products, propositions, markets and strategic announcements.
• Create integrated, multi-channel programmes that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads and pipeline.
• Build account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
• Use AI, automation and marketing technology to improve targeting, personalisation, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Monitor performance across the marketing funnel and make insight-led recommendations.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates, user journeys and marketing-driven engagement.
