Job summary

Portnox Access Layers Ltd. in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager, Digital Demand Generation to own the end-to-end paid and digital demand program. You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns inside ad platforms, and lead scoring, qualification, and full-funnel reporting are core to the role.

You'll manage paid search, social, and display, own landing pages, and partner with sales to ensure rapid, data-driven handoffs. A background in B2B SaaS and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing with hands-on paid search experience.
• Experience managing paid social and/or review-site advertising programs.
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform, including lifecycle/nurture campaigns.
• Experience building or owning a lead scoring and qualification model in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and web analytics tools (GA4).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of paid search campaigns (Google, Bing): keyword strategy, ad copy, budget pacing, bid management, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage paid placements on review sites to reach in-market buyers actively researching solutions.
• Test and scale sponsored content or newsletter placements to reach target buyer audiences.
• Manage paid social and video advertising (LinkedIn, YouTube) for high-intent audiences.
• Own landing pages and forms tied to campaigns: building, testing, and optimizing conversions.
• Manage budget across all channels and report on spend, CPL/CPA, and pipeline contribution.
