Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to search for a Demand Generation Manager for an AI-powered cybersecurity and IT asset intelligence technology company. This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX and focuses on building and executing global demand generation programs.

You will own ABM and integrated campaigns across paid media, email, events, content, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation, partnering with Sales, RevOps and Product Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B demand generation within SaaS, cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise tech.
• Strong hands-on expertise building ABM and integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot) and campaign analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, webinars, content, events, and direct mail.
• Develop multi-touch B2B campaigns to generate net-new pipeline and accelerate opportunities across enterprise and mid-market.
• Build and optimize ABM programs in partnership with Sales, focusing on priority accounts and new-logo opportunities.
• Establish and monitor campaign and pipeline metrics, using data to improve ROI and effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.
