Job summary

Portnox Access Layers Ltd. in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager of Digital Demand Generation to own high‑intent, inbound digital demand channels.

You will build, launch, and optimize paid programs across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more, while leading scoring, qualification, and full-funnel reporting. The role requires hands-on execution, end-to-end campaign ownership, and close collaboration with SDRs and Sales to accelerate opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing with hands-on paid search
• Experience managing paid social and/or review-site advertising programs
• Experience with sponsored content or newsletters a plus
• Hands-on marketing automation experience including lifecycle/nurture campaigns
• Experience building lead scoring/qualification models in B2B SaaS
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and web analytics tools (GA4/GA)
• Strong budget management, forecasting, ROI reporting across channels
• Experience with landing pages, forms, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with lead lifecycle management and sales handoff processes
• Excellent analytics and data-driven optimization skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in cybersecurity/IT B2B is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid search campaigns (Google, Bing) and optimize bids
• Lead scoring, qualification, and handoff to Sales Development
• Manage paid placements on review sites to reach in-market buyers
• Test and scale sponsored content/newsletters for target audiences
• Own landing pages and forms tied to campaigns and optimize conversions
• Report spend, CPL/CAC, and pipeline contribution across channels
• Nurture lifecycle programs from lead capture to opportunity creation
• Collaborate with SDR/Sales to refine qualification criteria
• Support events and new engagement formats to re-engage accounts
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns and budgets
