Job summary

CareXM is seeking a hands-on Manager, Digital Demand Generation to drive multi-channel campaigns and optimize the demand generation engine. You will own strategy to execution, digging into data to improve ROI across paid and organic programs.

You will lead paid media, SEO, and automation initiatives, collaborating with sales and marketing partners to grow pipeline and improve lead quality in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, or related B2B role.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot MarketingHub preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute integrated digital campaigns that generate qualified demand and contribute to pipeline.
• Develop and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media programs with testing and optimization.
• Develop organic social and digital strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and qualified traffic.
• Own SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts to increase visibility across search engines and AI-powered experiences.
• Measure performance against leads, opportunities, pipeline, and ROI; translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify and improve conversion opportunities across campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and digital experiences.
• Establish a feedback loop on lead quality, qualification, follow-up, and conversion with sales.
• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack; evaluate new tools as needed.
• Continuously test new channels, audiences, messaging, creative, and tactics for growth.
