Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years real-time digital controls experience, or MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in power electronics/industrial products.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time DSP algorithms for power electronics and UPS products.
• Create mathematical models and simulations (MATLAB/Simulink) of control systems.
• Lead product development activities and guide cross-functional teams.
