Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in real-time digital controls and algorithms for power electronics or industrial products (Bachelor's).
• MS with 5+ years of related experience.
• PhD with 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch critical power infrastructure products meeting requirements, safety, quality, reliability, cost and schedule.
• Provide guidance and leadership to other technical team members.
• Collaborate with global product development teams to solve performance, safety and reliability challenges.
• Develop mathematical models and DSP control algorithms for power electronics.
• Create simulations in MATLAB/Simulink to verify control designs.
• Validate designs with real-time simulations and HIL testbeds.
