Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in engineering with realtime digital controls experience.
• Experience in power electronics controls and DSP algorithms is required.
• Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink and real-time simulation tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Launch critical power infrastructure products meeting safety, reliability and cost goals.
• Lead and guide technical team members across global product development.
• Develop control algorithms and validate via simulations and real-time tests.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on UPS, energy storage and AI load-smoothing products.
