Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Digital Controls and Embedded Software Engineer Specialist for a hybrid Raleigh, NC role. You’ll design real-time DSP controls for UPS and energy storage products and collaborate with global teams to meet performance and reliability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with extensive real-time digital controls experience or
• MS in Electrical Engineering with strong controls/algorithms background or
• PhD with extensive relevant industry experience in real-time controls and power electronics

Responsibilities

• Launch critical power infrastructure products meeting customer specs and Eaton standards.
• Provide guidance and leadership to project team members.
• Collaborate with global product teams to optimize performance, safety and reliability.
