Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with power electronics and DSP control algorithms.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for model-based design and verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time DSP algorithms for high-power UPS and energy storage products.
• Create models, run simulations, and validate designs with HIL testbeds.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet performance, safety and reliability goals.
• Guide junior engineers and participate in new product development initiatives.
• Apply controls theory to optimize target product performance and efficiency.
