Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, content strategy, SEO or related fields.
• Strong KPI setting, performance analytics, and insight-to-action capability.
• Experience leading agency/vendor relationships and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Leads SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility strategy and execution, including roadmaps, agency direction, and performance reporting.
• Manages relationships with SEO/AEO agencies and content/digital shelf partners.
• Defines and governs digital content standards including copy, SEO/AEO, enhanced content, imagery, and metadata.
• Leads creation and optimization of new product content and retailer-specific content for discoverability and conversion.
• Owns website content workflows and prioritization with brand teams.
• Manages project plans and timelines for content launches and retailer requirements.
• Sets KPIs for digital content and AI Visibility; analyzes performance and delivers executive-readout recommendations.
• Leads digital shelf strategy and uses analytics to improve search rank and content quality.
• Monitors trends and translates opportunities into scalable standards and action plans.
• Oversees DAM/PIM content operations and content updates.
