Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related fields.
• Proven ability to set strategy, KPIs, and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Experience leading agencies and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and analytics.
• Experience with digital shelf, ratings & reviews platforms; familiarity with Profound, Profitero, Bazaarvoice is a plus.
• Strong project management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf, and AI search experiences.
• Leads SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility strategy and reporting.
• Manages relationships with agencies and content platform partners.
• Defines digital content standards, copywriting, imagery, and metadata.
• Oversees content launches and retailer-specific content for discoverability and conversion.
• Sets KPIs and analyzes performance with Profound and Profitero.
• Oversees digital shelf strategy to improve rank and conversion.
• Translates trends into scalable standards and action plans.
• Supports content operations team in DAM/PIM governance and updates.
• Ensures content compliance with company policies.
